We've just released an update to the Bird Journal Web app that fixes import from BirdTrack. We're working on matching fixes for the Mac and Windows apps.
There was recently a subtle change to how BirdTrack are creating their exported files, which needed a number of changes on our side to support. Sorry for the inconvenience!
The updated apps are significantly faster too. The upcoming Mac app update supports Apple silicon natively and is super-fast!
